A 90 minutes class on resting poses and what these mean for our wellbeing.
Sunday August 7 from 10:30-12:00 CEST
For anyone open to resting. With or without scoliosis (fusion).
Program
- 15 min introduction
- 60 minutes practice + including adjustments for different back issues and scoliosis
- Poses we will look at
- (Prasarita) Balasana
- Makarasana
- (Chair) Savasana
- Supta Baddha Konasana
- Poses we will look at
- 15 minutes Q&A
Only the first 75 minutes will be recorded and be made available for 1 month after the class.
Can’t be there? No worries, you can still receive the recording if you have signed up
Yoga tools that you will need
- 2 yoga blocks
- 2 big (beach) towels
- 2 pillows
- Chair
- If you have any other yoga tools, just keep them present. It is always fun to play with support in these poses. Or if you don’t have blocks, maybe stack some books or find something else that can be used to create some height to lay on.
