Looking forward to hear what you did today!
Step one; trust your bodyπŸ’— 🌸 Say this affirm Step one; trust your bodyπŸ’—
🌸
Say this affirmation to yourself and check in how you emotionally feel, when you do. What does this say about the relationship you have with your body now?
🌸
Keep affirming and see how this changes your posture. And as this belief strengthens, it will impact your body. Try it for a week and see what it does for you. Also if emotions come up, write them down. You are building awareness about yourself. And there is no bad or good in that. Just awareness πŸ’«

This is how to start building trust with your body and in yourself.πŸ’—

Does healing and health seems unattainable or scar Does healing and health seems unattainable or scary to you?

It can be. And this is actually quite common. It can feel more comfortable to stay in the situation you are in, then change it. Because the situation you are in is known and the new situation is unknown, thus scary. Even though getting better, could make life better.

I have felt alone in this process too. And as a Western Adult, I was grown up with glorified individuality and authority of the medical western society. If I had kept up that belief, I would have never gotten myself better and building the life I want. I don't need to do everything by myself. Finding support from alternative healers, coaches and education is important in letting go of wanting to control everything myself. And learning to trust. Taking accountability taught me, that even when I get help, I have to take accountability in my day to day life to choose health. No one else than me, can do that for me.

Something short about me. I am now 33 and was diagnosed with scoliosis at age 14. Yes, had a brace for a year. After 18y old, I sort of my scoliosis (as a lot of us seem to do). This went ok, for a while, but I ended up in chronic back pain between 27-30y old. Because I didn't want to stay in pain and give up on my future, I started to learn about the body, mind and what health means.
.
Because I was able to heal myself, in so many ways. Though still have scoliosis, but no pain or fear towards it anymore. I became a certified Yoga for Scoliosis teacher and IIN Health Coach, because I would hate it if anyone else went through the hell I went through. So that's why I am here.
