This course will be 4 videos each 40 to 50 minutes in which we will explore the basics of Yoga for Scoliosis and build up a short sequence that you can maintain at home.
What you need:
- Yoga mat or non-slippery floor
- 2 small towels
- 2 big towels
- 2 yoga blocks or stack of books
- yoga belt or other type of strap
- Chair
- Free wall or door
