Have you been called too sensitive and felt bad about it?

You are not too sensitive. You are caring, intuitive and can create magic.

You might be Highly Sensitive and this can be your super power, once you learn to understand it.


Therefore, I created this series of 3 sessions to get an understanding of what it means to be Highly Sensitive. This term was coined by Elaine N. Aron since the Nineties. Being Highly Sensitive means that our Nervous System is different than others and can pick up on more details. Which might cause more overwhelm, but also enables us to enjoy the beauty of nature and art. It is estimated that around 15-20% of the population is Highly Sensitive. So not such a weird thought, that you might be one of us.

In this 3 week course, we will go into what it means to be Highly Sensitive, how this impacts your life in different ways and how to start tuning into your magic.

I will make sure we will be with a small group consisted of lovely beings, just like yourself.
