To join this class experience with Yoga for Scoliosis is necessary.
Monthly Online Yoga for Scoliosis Intermediate class each Tuesday at 7:30pm CET of 75 minutes in which we will explore Yoga for Scoliosis on an Intermediate level.
What you need:
- Zoom.us installed on a device
- Yoga mat
- 2 small towels – padding concavities
- 2 big towels
- Chair
- Free wall or door
- Yoga belt
- 2 Yoga blocks
What you will get:
- 60 minute yoga class
- 15 minutes to discuss class and ask questions
- Recording of the session available to you for 1 week
- Connect to others with scoliosis
- Feel more space and stronger in your body
