This will be 6 classes each Tuesday at 4:00pm CET of 75 minutes in which we will explore the basics of Yoga for Scoliosis and build up a short sequence that you can maintain at home.

What you need:

  • Zoom.us installed on a device
  • Yoga mat or non-slippery floor
  • 2 small towels
  • 2 big towels
  • Chair
  • Free wall or door

 

What you will get:

  • 60 minute yoga class
  • 15 minutes to discuss class and ask questions
  • Recording of the session available to you for 1 week
  • Connect to others with scoliosis
  • Feel better in your body
  • A sequence to keep doing at home
