Come take online Yoga for Scoliosis Classes with me

Scoliosis is something that you and I have in common. And a lot of other people around the world.

Maybe you have read my story on my Instagram or this blog. And as I have gone through the struggles of pain and imbalance, I am now here to guide you in your journey. As a Yoga for Scoliosis teacher and a Health Coach.

I would like to invite you to the coming Try-Out Yoga for Scoliosis!

What to expect?

A 75 minute session which includes;

  • Anatomy Scoliosis,
  • Discover your personal scoliosis pattern,
  • Learn how to pad your back for restorative poses,
  • 15 minutes of Q&A after the session.

After the Try-Out it is possible to enroll into a 6-week course. In which we will work on a sequence, that you can maintain at home. All the classes will be through Zoom and you will have a chance to connect with other and ask questions that are on your mind about the practice.

What you will get:

  • 60 minute yoga class
  • 15 minutes to discuss class and ask questions
  • Recording of the session available to you for 1 week
  • Connect to others with scoliosis
  • Feel better in your body
  • A sequence to keep doing at home

The next 6-week course starts November 17th at 4:00pm CET.
